Bearded Vulture aka Lammergeier (Gypaetus barbatus).

Lammergeier is German for 'lamb hawk' b/c it was believed that they attacked sheep. In reality, they don't.

And actually, they do not eat that much meat. About 90% of their diet is bone marrow. They take the bones from a carcass, fly up in the air and drop it down, cracking it and giving them access to the marrow. Another name they go by is Ossifrage ('bone-breaker' ). This same tactic is also used when they want to eat tortoise meat.

That little glowing thingy is a tasty little rib bone.
