Description
When out on a mission or on a hunt, Galaxia is unique in which she goes out with little more than her exosuit and her powersword.

Her exosuit, while providing her with excellent protection, also provides tactical awareness, and ease of movement. Her armor shell provides the ability to withstand blunt force impacts and extreme pressure. Her exosuit itself, while flexible, deflects small-arms fire by reactive process of hardening at the moment of contact. And while most exosuits will greatly augment the strength of its wearer; hers is geared towards amplifying movement, making her near impossible to catch, much less stop.

Her blade is the most peculiar however, as most standard issue energy blades utilize the newer controlled-beam technology, her Photon Blade is plasma-based.
Plasma-based weaponry was phased out of production several millennia ago in favor of the controlled-beam weaponry. Due to plasma's volatile and unstable nature, keeping a steady output was difficult and extremely dangerous; posing a threat to not only the target but the user as well. Galaxia's Photon Blade, while at first glance seeming like nothing more than a metal blade, is in fact a work of art.

At its pure state, the Photon Blade is sharpened with a molecular edge. Smithed with alloys that prevent heat warping, it is also extremely durable and it never loses its edge.

But combating other energy weapons, it has a secondary mode to solve that problem. Upon activation, a massive surge of plasma runs along the edge of the blade but only at the moment of contact. The amassed energy is then immediately released and deflects any object or form of energy it comes into contact with. In the slim chance of a plasma discharge (main reason why it was phased out), the energy is expelled out along the edge of the blade and towards the target, but usually resulting in a fiery mess and complete obliteration of the target. The dull side of the blade, which is heat resistant, is specifically designed to keep the user from befalling the same fate.

All of this happening in the blink of an eye, you can only see a bright flash of light and hear a loud crack; thus getting its name.
