Haha.. very cool.. and weird.. the fact that the mask appears to be emerging from the tv itself creeps me out a bit.. I wouldn't want to switch to that channel n.n;

As I have said many a time when i comment on digital manipulation, i am a complete laic as far as the techniques and the processes are concerned, but as a visualy educated person, i am able to appreciate the impact of the final product.
I find this image to be a finished piece... I am able to enjoy it as it is, without any impulse to try and find flaws.
With that being said, i can only try to verbalize what i have received. I think that the selection of photographs to be comined was excellent as they all came together to form a compact concept. I am getting a very strong sense of a certain time and era, and all images are giving off the same impression, which i think is quite an accomplishment not to have indiscrepancies. The quality fo blending is very pleasing to me, esspecialy with the person appearing in the TV set as they really do seem to be emmitting on air. The colors, concept and expressioon of it, are in my mind, all very reminiscent of George Orwell's 1984 .
And finally... the framing was a perfect finish, as the foggy inner boarder actually resembles the very boarder of yet another Tv screen..thus adding a twist ti the finaly interpretation

I'm not an expert in digital manips myself, I don't care too much about certain techniques and stuff, but try to create a piece wich tells what I want to say.
When people seem to get the idea, I think I've succeded.
Finding the right pics and combining then into one work, without leaving visual 'evidence' of manipulation too much, can be a hard and time-consuming job. I'm glad to hear that you can look at this as 'finished' and you don't have disturbing glitches and stuff to draw away your attention.
When I made you think of '1984' I did a good job on setting the mood I intented
