Gud gawd, been sitting on this thing forever. It's not finished by the way, I'll update it as I get things finished but the changes should stay in the image not the text to follow. Character description (unless noted here otherwise) should stay the same, so if something is listed here and it isn't in the image, don't sweat it I'll get to it as I get it done.

Name: Ichabod
Occupation: Ninjirate
WTFs a Ninjirate?: The blend between Pirate and Ninja cultures and behaviors.
Height: About 6ft even

History: Ichabod was born into the violent era of the Pirate/Ninja wars. Well, it's quite a broad time period since the war has been going on nonstop for the past 437 years with no signs of either side stopping soon. Ichabod observed that the only advantage the Pirates had was their numbers. A huge unskilled army that was only just a match for the comparatively small collection of Ninjas trained in the arts of stealth. He thought that if the Pirates could gather a small crew of equally skilled warriors the war would be one sided. Unfortunately for him and his crew, this was treason and the lot were to walk the plank. Ichabod and a few others narrowly escaped and resumed their training elsewhere, reentering the war in well crafted vessel under a new flag. The Ninjirates side with no one, assaulting both sides at any given time. They are pirates of pirates and assassins of assassins, and he is their captain.

Weapons:
--- Anchtorpus Chains: The Anchtorpus is a supernatural beast of the sea. It's body is made of chains and anchors from sunken ships, and it sinks more ships to get more anchors to increase the population. Ichabod's primary weapon of choice is a set of tentacles taken from one of these beasts. They have undergone a change from being a part of an Anchtorpus. For instance the chain is extremely elastic, almost seeming to stretch upon Ichabod's will. The anchors on either end are also far lighter than a standard anchor. Light enough for the Ninjirate to still be nimble, but heavy enough to be swung with devastating force.

--- Flintlock Revolver: A heavyset flintlock pistol. The handle has a slight curve to it and is about half the length of the barrel. Oh, and it is also a revolver with a chamber housing 6 shots as opposed to the standard one shot flintlock. The bullets are also more modern and self sufficient, meaning he could probably reload the whole six rounds one bullet at a time in the amount of time it takes someone to load an old fashioned flintlock with gunpowder and a pellet. Oddly enough, this weapon seems to appear out of a puff of smoke when needed.

--- Bundle of Joy: Ooooh, a little bomb. Nothing special about it right? Not so my friend! Slap a Jolly Rodger face on there and you've got a Bundle of Joy! Does it enhance the capabilities of the bomb? Nah, but think of how happy people will be when they see that face seconds before it blows up! Priceless. These like the Flintlock from before appear in a puff of smoke when needed. (good for small scale explosions)

--- Bare Hands: Well, while not as cool as "Bear Hands", Ichabod is trained as a Ninja and a Pirate. That entitles him to a good amount of martial arts training and drunken bar room brawls. The man likes to keep his bases covered.

--- Sword: No fancy name? No special twist to it? Lame. Yeah, that's exactly what Ichabod thought and that's why he doesn't really use it. He'd much rather those wicked chains over a lame sword. In fact, there's a better chance that he will toss the sword to an unarmed opponent than use it himself. Suppose if you called him out on it he might use the sword for a *proper duel.

*Proper- In this sense the word "Proper" includes unfair trickery

MAGIC!:

--- Smoke: Yes, wouldn't be a good Ninja if he couldn't disapear in a puff of smoke now would he? Ichabod's mastery of smoke cover more than just the "Where'd he go?" trick. He can throw the smoke around in a swirling cloak to keep himself hidden and has even been known to summon items out of the blue in a puff of smoke. Other than blinding you, teleporting him, and summoning weapons, the smoke is rather useless.

--- FIYAH!: Ichabod is new to this whole "Magic" thing. Mostly due to his Pirate upbringing since Pirates don't really have time to learn magic when they're chugging rum any time they can get their hands on it. He's mastered smoke, but is a novice at Fire Magic. Don't expect a flashy fireworks show from him, the best he could do is maybe throw a fireball at you... if he got lucky. Really it's just useful for igniting the fuse on those 'Bundles of Joy' mentioned in the weapons.

Combat:
We'll get right down to it; our friend Ichabod doesn't always play fair. That isn't to say he's a bad person, he's usually a nice guy, but if you're in this OCT he's probably got a reason to want you dead (or close enough) and as such isn't going to let you have an advantage if he can help it. If he can use the terrain to his advantage, trust me he will. Oh, and sucks to be you if you think you can 'play dead' and catch him by surprise after pulling some crazy stunt. Ichabod always makes it a point to put an extra bullet in the head, he's had too many "I thought he was dead" moments to not know better.

Weakness:
I had a whole paragraph typed up here, then I remembered this is sort of your job as my opponent to find some clever way of beating Ichabod. He doesn't have a weakness per-say, but it's not like he needs some outstanding flaw. The guy is only human, shoot him and he bleeds, punch him and it hurts. Really the only "weakness" I can offer is that Ichabod has a slight drinking problem, but rarely does it ever reach a point where someone drops everything and says "Hey look, booze! Far more interesting than this fellow trying to kill me."

--- Spud: Who or what is Spud? Spud is a chameleon! Adorable. Think about it, if you're Pirate you need something perched on your shoulder like a boss. But if you're a Ninja you can't have one of those parrots squakin it up all the time. Compromise: Get a lizard known for being sneaky. Of course like everything else in Ichabod's world, this thing is different. As opposed to just changing colors (yawn, lame) this little fella changes shape! They're a breed of chameleons from the Magic Badlands, and as such need more than just color change to hide from the dragons and crap living there. So what sort of stuff does a chameleon transform into to hide? Typically anything about his size that is inanimate works. An apple, a bowl, a hammer, whatever Spud feels like turning into to hide. Spud is playful around most folks and usually greets people by opening his mouth at them as threateningly as he can muster, though usually with a happy demeanor and very much intimidating.

A few closing statements:

Didn't quite mention it above, but Ichabod has a pirate-ish accent, keep that in mind while writing for him.

If you want to kill Ichabod off you're probably ok to do so. Typically these OCTs don't like people killing other OCs with out permission, so just let me know about how and why he's gunna die and I'll probably be cool with it. One thing I will likely request is that your character take Spud along with them. Why? Cause Spud is pretty awesome. Of course you don't have to kill Ichabod to steal Spud from me I suppose, if you really want to do that then again just ask (I doubt anyone wants to).
