Yes, it's awesome and free to use as well.Β Not only are the measurements for inches, but feet, and centimeters. It can be used for animals and even humans to show off their size in real life and to compare them to other characters as well. And yes it is pixel and made totally in Microsoft Paint so anyone can use it and editing it is a breeze. Feel free to make it bigger to hold more characters as well.
