A monumental work. It looks like a mural in the temples.

Very powerful image! The sense of character is very keen thanks to your superb pose, expression, detail and postwork. The symbolism is a nice classic touch. Excellent!

Wow Simone! The way you have created his face and the clothing totally brings to mind the work of the Great Masters! Excellent work hon! Just love that wee lamb guy too! hehe So soft and fluffy looking! I hope you had a lovely Easter!

My Granny had a huge painting similar like this hanging on the wall in her bedroom. When I was a little child I saw often this painting. (not a hunch who has taken the painting after she passed away a few years ago)
Thank you, I had a lovely Eastern!

Aww, did your Granny's painting have a dried palm leaf sitting on top of it by any chance?? Just curious! hehe Aww, I know the feeling about what has happened to your loved one's belongings. When my Mom and Dad passed away, there were so many things that just got taken away that I will never see again. I tried to collect the things that were sentimental to me, but living so far away, it was hard to get hold of some things. At least I still have good memories of them. I'm so glad you had a nice Easter sweetie!

I don't remember about a dried palm leaf. I think there wasn't such a thing.

I just remember my Granny's home and she would keep the palms from palm Sunday and place them on her pictures. hehe

My Granny couldn't just picking palm leaves. You will never find a palm tree here (only in a pot), because the winters are too cold.

Oh that's true. I wonder what the Catholic's did on Palm Sunday then? Improvised I'm sure. hehe

What's in common between Hank Williams Sr. and Jesus? They are both made from James G2. Thank you very much for comment and fav!
