The final STATIC version of the image. Pray for me to get the animation properly done. The blinking is easy, but the tails....GOD, THE TAILS! D;

If any of you is good with animating or has any ideas on how to do it, I'd love to hear. I think I almost got it correctly, but I can't know if I don't start animating ;n;
