This is Static, he's one of my favorite OC's. I drew this pic of him a while ago but didn't post it because I hadn't thought much of him then. However, I've been thinking more about it for a while and he now has a whole story behind him.

He's an experiment, basically. He was created in a lab from an embryo that died in the womb. His body and genetics have been altered immensely, mostly in his brain. Certain parts of his brain were enhanced, rearranged, and altered in some way. As a result he has a freakishly high IQ, can control every cell in his body in some way (and can therefore heal himself faster) and is telekinetic. (however, it requires a lot of concentration and energy to do these things so it tires him quickly) He can also see infrared. Just for the lulz.

He is referred to as 001379 in the lab. Static is a nickname.

The stuffed animal he is holding is named "The 13th Hour", but usually is just referred to as 13. xD

He is actually a large dog monster that can shape-shift into a stuffed animal. Static somehow created him, but no one really knows how. They suppose that because of his IQ he was somehow able to create a non-imaginary friend. Though, he claims it was by accident. Perhaps he was a hallucination originally being that he does that sometimes.

They can feel each-other's pain and all that dumb stuff. And if 13 is ripped apart, Static will die. and if Static dies, 13 just kind of disappears.

And um... yeah. xDDD

The reason I'm posting this is because I'm planning on entering him in an OC tournament and I'd like someone to know who he is before I do so. lol However, because of the rules of the tournament, 13 wont get to transform, they'll only be able to talk. Oh well xD

D'you think I should enter him??
