This is my monkey cup from the previous Zomg HUGE picture:[link]
It's healthy now after moving to the apartment. I've been doping it -- feeding it dried bloodworms -- so it's getting really big.

I once tried to grow a carnivorous plant...these, and Venus fly traps.
They both died. I never thought to feed them manually.

Can't feed Venus Flytraps manually, the prey has to struggle or the traps can't tell they're still in there and they just let go.
Most Carnivorous Plants die due to lack of light or bad water. IT has to be distilled water, tap water contains minerals and chemicals like fluoride that will kill them dead, very very quickly.

I'll remember that...I had them planted in tap water and they kinda just sat and died.
How do you pot Venus flytraps? Mine were in a...fish bowl...
