Very nice detail on Judge Frollo, it is almost exact or just exact, just excellent. The color though... almost appears as spray paint and/or oil paint. If it is intended for a coloring book, that's fine. If it's for fan art, that's fine. But I do feel that the color and/or shade could be added a bit more, but if it was intended for a certain reason, that is just fine. Some shapes and portions of his face can be adjusted or resized a bit more or less. Eyes can be a bit smaller, but truly all in all, you did a really good job on the detail on Frollo, it's quite accurate.
