BBC Sherlock is an excellent adaptation, set in modern day London. Unlike that horrific movie released a couple years ago, this series manages to stay true to the spirit of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes. I highly recommend it — you can watch the series for free (for a limited time) on PBS' website.I love Benedict Cumberbatch's face, and voice. And name. I mean really, what a perfect actor for the role. :3

It's a very well done series — I highly recommend looking into it. And there are only three episodes, so it's not as though you're setting yourself up for a huge time-drain.

BENEDICT CUMBERBATCH. It's all in the name, really. You should watch it - there are only three episodes (although they're long for TV episodes), but they're utterly excellent.
