I can relate. I often got the soccer team in trouble with my klutzyness.

Strength and balance training Also because Japanese pro wrestling uses a lot of acrobatic elements so we have to know a bit of gymnastics as well.

It doesnβt hurt to fall on a wrestling ring floor. Theyβre built for that

It doesn't hurt at all, or hurts less, Γ la judo mats? Cause I heard it still hurts some

Well thereβs some pain, but I generally have a high threshold for pain so I donβt usually notice it

Weirdly enough bumping and that was easy for me, it was getting the rhythm just right running the ropes and a leg drop. As my trainer said, "If you over think it then you will mess up."

Haha yeah, my gymnastics need work but I learn the wrestling moves pretty easily and have pretty good form. I can run the ropes no problem when I'm silent, but when I do it screaming I kind of get thrown off, so I need to practice that. Yesterday I was bodyslamming a tiny 12-year-old girl again and again and it felt so wrong haha. But they wanted me to get used to someone small and light first before I move on to people my size.

Ah so they are getting you ready to be the next Kenny Omega who wrestles 12 year old girls! cool!
All joking aside I honestly hope for the best for you! When you had let us know that you were going
for a wrestling career I was excited! Seriously though I am 100% looking forward to the day you
debut! Have you thought of any moves you would want to do as your signature move?

I want one move that plays on my heftiness so maybe a drop, and then one that shows off strength so I suppose some kind of throw. But I haven't really thought about it seriously just yet!

Hm I know it's a bit ahead but have you thought of a sitout powerbomb and just for a move in general how about the corner cannonball Kevin Owens does? Now that would be bad ass!
