O_O Holy heck, he is!! right, they have 7 stars in JP version! So far on Global, I think we're still only at 6 stars-- have yet to announce 7. My Welly just hit over 1000 attack from infusing a King pot from arena rewards and I'm hyped. xP Need Noctis's Trust Mastery and several others, and hopefully he'll be slightly as powerful as yours when they finally allow another upgrade :' D He's a wee baby~
