His emerald eyes stared at it as he gracefully swooped down and hovered almost silently in front of him.

I've had this story idea in my head for a while now XD Basically certain mobians are given a special elixar to drink. And if your one of the chosen few, their eyes glow bright for a moment before going back to normal.

Then their given a brilliant choice. In the world they live in, there are dragons, pheonix's, chimera's, giant eagles. You name it. And they get a choise of what to choose. Now you see if they can manage to rest a hand on the creatures head, they'll both go into a trance. Once the bond is complete the creature goes away without another word before breaking out of its trance to not bring harm to the mobian.

Now with the essence of the creature in the mobian, they can, at will, change into that same form but with their own eye colour.
