This is a second atempt of Art Trade with my friend DigitickHe wanted a pic of Yumi and Aelita, hehehe a suporter of Yumi/Aelita movement.
He didn't ask for a second try BUT I really need to do a second, I detested the background so much! This one is more like it... a better background an a sweet closeness feeling...
a much better try, at least to me.Digitick liked both but I feel this one is way better! there you go my friend!

I too uphold this movement, I do something that I don't usually do when deciding about couples from a show, I quote on quote "Go with my gut", as it were, which is something I rarely do as I just mentioned, and out of all the possabilitis from that show these two fit best I think.
Hmm, Digitick hmm, I think I saved some of his work recently, I liked his comic about Yumi introducing Aelita to her parents, even I had to admit that was funny
By the way, for some reason the swirly lines keep reminding me of the time when Sokka said "The giant mushroom will help us!"

I don't know if it's the Shego Vibe in the second panel (shego vibe : when one girl looks decidedly lustful at the other one) but I really do like this better than the first. you did well with both of them, but this one gets more love.

First of all. There is only one word that can describe it: SWEEEET
Hmm I found one little thing a bit disturbing, well it's about Aelita's eyebrows, maybe it's only my imagination but... isn't they placed a Little Bit to high ?? I mean... they are in the middle of her forehead, and one little thingy about Yumi's parting.. well I think you should make it more tighter because right now it looks a bit as if she had a little part of her hair shaved.

I really love this one it's just so sweet and tender... Mhm there is a slight/big difference between two panels. In the first Yumi holds Aelita like a friend, she smiles at her as if she was asking "What's up sweetie" and Aelita answers "Okay... I think" and there are those light circles in the background, in the first panel they form in chaotic and rather chaotic forms.
Second panel is different, Yumi holds Aelita closer with that gentle protective expression on her face, as if she was... Aelita's mother or someone else who loves her and wants to protect her, while Aelita smiles happily almost cuddling to the older girl. And those rays of light also changed Now it seems as they were beaming from the two like a... light of their souls ??
Sweeet I simply can't find any other word to describe it...
Ya know I really think that you hate me for all this grumbling and pointing out nonexistent mistakes :-/

They're both good, but I agree that this one is the better of the two. Never seen the characters before, never heard of the show/series, but you're making me aweful tempted to go and look them up...
