There he was again, sauntering down the corridors of the Central Headquarters of the Intergalactic Alliance Military. Everyone knew him by his name and exploits… and especially his lazy smile and tremendous girth. The lost Zephyrite Prince who accepted the crown of his people. The one chosen by the AZ-001 Zephyrion as the Beast of Hope and Possibility. The Legendary Neo-Zephyrite who was a god walking among mortals. And most importantly, the Extra Soft Soldier. As he waddled into the mess hall to help himself to another hefty meal, you bump into him and apologize hoping not to get into trouble with your superior officer. He surprises you, however, with a jolly laugh and a hearty smack to his sizable middle as he looks you in the eye with those piercing golden lazy eyes.

“Sorry ‘bout that, kiddo!” he begins in a surprisingly youthful voice despite his size. “The Extra Soft Soldier can’t exactly see much in front him these days! Know what I mean?” You nod in agreement and apologize yet again, making your way out of the mess hall and back to the training grounds. But not before getting one last look at the gargantuan Zephyrite.

“So that’s Kodai Lau Makis-Zaku,” you say under your breath. “The Extra Soft Soldier…”
