Endos: Hey, guys! Mr. Q is busy with XENOULTRIA, but managed to squeeze in some time to let Dexion show off his new bod! Tell 'em about ti Dexy!

Dexion: Well, it started around February of last year... maybe even earlier. My ankles were beginning to bark, my back was killing me, and I couldn't get through a single day without having having to take a breather at best and a long nap at most. It was even worse at my job as a chef where I have to be on my toes most of the time, which is pretty hard when your carrying over 500 pounds of yourself. Like I said before, I wasn't living life anymore. Just existing as this big fat guy that couldn't do shit to save his life. I was really feeling like a walrus.

So what did I do? The logical this that any guy would do in this situation. I decided to do something about it.

Around the first week of March, I started changing my diet. No more high sugar foods, and not a whole lot of greasy junk. I still have some from time to time. I'm still human. I also decided to stop eating such insane portions and actually eat enough to fill a man without having to feel like I'm gonna throw up at the end of every meal. As far as cooking goes, I don't cook anything with a high amount of butter, cream, oil... basically anything fattening. I also started eating more veggies. I forgot how good cheddar broccoli tastes...

The result? Well, look at the picture! I've gone from over 510lbs. to 240lbs! I can actually buy clothes from Brick and Motar stores, I feel more energized, my body doesn't hurt as much, I don't sweat like a pig, and I can actually get shit done! And... yes, I have more energy in bed. In fact, my wife loves the new me! So much so, that she actually lets me top her now! I can actually be the man! God, it feels good to feel alive again!

So this is gonna be my stopping weight for me. I have enough belly fat to play with (and for you to fap to), but not too much to where I can't move as freely!
