I really like this guy's design.
To me, it looks as though he was a subject in a science experiment where a centaur was attempted to be made. Instead, he mutated, and a monstrous body grow between his feet and waist in place of a horse's body.
That might not have been the idea you were going for, but that's just how I picture him haha. I'd love to see more!

That's actually sort of true to his creation. Although, he's more or less meant to be a living bioweapon, similar to the "mechs" in Evangelion (assuming that you've heard of the show).
