He's the main antagonist of Tales of Zestiria, cursed to remain alone for screwing over his... cousin? It's one of his family members, that much I know. Because of this curse, he has lived a life of loneliness and by the game's present day he's so fed up that he enacts a plan to cover the world in malevolence to take revenge, turning him into the Lord of Calamity.
