This wallpaper shows an image taken directly from the last panel of page 16 of Crazy Girlfriend with Remote but modified with other images from the series. Time-wise I would place it directly after the end of CGFwR but before the start of the new series of NGFwRG (somewhere between the first and sixth time I guess).
I hope you get the gag as to why this is titled "Single-Tasking" as opposed to "Multi-Tasking"
