This is from an old sketch that I did way back in 2010. I was colored and edited by , a friend. He did an absolutely excellent job with it and I am proud to feature it in my gallery. Thanks a bunch dude!

What you could for a start is buy looking at pictures of well drawn muscular people, or even real life photos.
Study them and take notes. And look for tutorials, those help a lot! :3
