finally all the main characters have refs!

- nicknamed "Pebbles-In-The-Sand" by Kas ( toyhou.se/5664138.kas), most people call him Pebble

- real name was Leopard

- male sandwing (possibly slightly nightwing or maybe just a mutant)

- age is unknown

- member of The Council, the group of four elected officials who govern the kingdom. Pebble keeps being re-elected so he's basically been on The Council since it was first created

- one of Kas's closest and most trusted friends

- loves collecting flowers

- very good at making flower crowns and necklaces, he often makes them for dragons who he likes

- unnaturally empathic, he can tell from a glance exactly what is troubling those around him (possibly due to a distant nightwing ancestor)

- not particularly good at anything, but he's great for emotionally supporting dragons with traumatic pasts (which are very common in the kingdom)

- his best friend in the entire world is Stars ( toyhou.se/5891219.burns-the-st…). he was tasked with caring for Stars when he first showed up in the kingdom and they quickly became friends

- Pebble was one of the founding members of Kas's kingdom. he's lived in the mountains for a suspiciously long time without appearing to age, many believe that he shares whatever curse keeps Kas young

- loud noises spook him, he's usually a bit jumpy

- average size but he always looks really tiny when he's around Stars

- he has never met a dragon who he didn't like (and he's come face-to-face with some nasty dragons)

- he's heard of Queen Rust ( toyhou.se/5919246.queen-rust), mostly from Stars, and he has vowed to stand by his friend when he inevitably fights her
