Description
I haven't done any paleoart in a long time, so I tried drawing some prehistoric mammals. This is Paraceratherium tienshanensis, a gigantic rhino from early Miocene, northwestern China. It's one of the larger species of Paraceratherium, estimated shoulder height around 5 meters.
Some believe Paraceratherium is synonymous with and have priority over Indricotherium, while other think they are seperate generas.

That's fascinating, and it's so detailed! I personally love natural history, so this great for me. I'd love to see more.

They look the same to me, but that's where paleontology's tricky, isn't it? It's hard to tell if the difference is because it's a different genus, different species, because of sexual dimorphism, or simply the age of the animal.
