I can definitely see the improvement in it
The new one's colours are nice to look at, the anatomy is great compared to the old ones, and the way you did the hair is just.... awesome
the most noticeable thing what changed in every drawing is the way how you did the eyes - the new one looks more natural (or more like normal human-eyes), while the old ones - the 2015 and the 2016 - look anime inspired or chibis
In short: You improved in various ways! yay
