Hakira is known as a "Fishing Queen". Well because she's good as fishing obviously. She live individually, in a tropical forest, near a lake or river. She use her tail as a fishing pole, it can light up then fish become more attractive. She's lady, generous, quite, act a bit serious, and think what's best for her. At night, her leopard-patterns, wings will glow so she can see stuff around. She can't fly, her wings just too well to fly, but she can swim very good.
