Description
Art by (who else?)Before the next storyline starts up there'll be one more short sidestory, because otherwise this lady's appearance in the second scene will be a little too jarring.
Aaaand I bothered with making a color scheme up because that influences how I ink a character.
I got her uniform's color scheme by taking the pink I use for the Domino High jacket and inverting it- that became the color for the skirt. The blue was chosen because it looks good with the skirt's green, and the bow's color was chosen by inverting the color of the shirt and then making it the brightest version of that color possible.
The sailor fuku was chosen partly just because it's so traditional, and partly because it looks so different from the Domino High blazer. Mitsu, you see, goes to Rintama High, which is the only other confirmed high school in Domino City. XD According to Tristan, it's a "bad place," and Joey's "friends" (read: former gang members) from middle school go there. Mitsu (who is NOT familiar with Joey beyond reputation) carries a switchblade, although I have no idea where.
Part of the reason I put so much work into Rintama's girl's uniform is because that's where the real variation in Japanese school uniforms tends to show up. Tristan says "That's Rintama's uniform" when talking about the boys' uniforms, but it looks almost exactly like Domino High's uniform. I found myself hollering "How can you TELL?!!"
Mitsu's been around for a while. Her first mention is here.

Not... really seeing it, since Mitsu has short blue hair and Mitzu has a black ponytail. Maybe in the face a bit. (Unless you mean they just seem like similar characters?)
My Mitsu probably isn't really as nice of a person, though. She's not really designed so that people will like her; you may find yourself disliking her quite a bit!

Yeah, looking from afar they are a bit similar, you know, but looking closer you get the many differences they have
maybe! Who knows, huh? I like a bit of these kind of charas, i'm trying to do it with my version to Marik's daughter.

XD Why are you apologizing? I definitely want to know if someone thinks I screwed up somewhere, especially if it's something I can work on fixing in future arts.
That said, I've checked, and she's about six and a half or seven heads tall. That IS proportionately skewed; in real life most people are maybe five to six heads tall at the most, depending on their body type. However it's also the same proportions I draw a lot of people at. XD This isn't necessarily by accident; I first taught myself how to draw people from a superhero drawing book, and it's one of the leftover habits from my early learning.
Mitsu, though, should really be closer to five and a half heads tall. I'd thought she looked "off" in one of the other sketches I was doing that took the same proportions as this picture, but wasn't sure why. Now I have a better idea, so thank you!
