Well, this is a very cute pic, but coincedentally it's extremely similar to my style. Odd. oh well. I was planning on doodling a Roxas, but in his organization days. Either way, very nice, keep it up.

Well, this is actually an old style of chibi I used to do, I don't draw chibi's like this anymore(this is about one or two years old?). I don't think I've posted any new chibis in a long time though... If you follow my art from begining to end it's actually comical how much it changes. xD

As for chibi-ing, no one can call anyone a noob when you have a style of your own. ^^.
But seriously, you should post a few more chibis. Love to see how much the've changed in...2-ish years. practice makes perfect. Kinda explains why i dont get out much...ah well
