Description More working on the theme of something-nothing. trying to create the impression of there being more than is actually seen... yet to decide whether it worked or not...

you need to look at it full size to get the detail.

Nice continuation! I get the impression that your light source is adrift illuminating suspended material around it, and if there was no light it would simply be a void. Concept is excellent! The only thing I would enjoy to see(and you may have different thoughts) would be some elements in focus. Everything has a very gaseous feel which is well executed but my eye continually wanders looking for something to focus on. That may be what you were going for but I like the mixture of hard edges and blurry fields. If you have not looked at any of the Hubble telescope images I would encourage you to do so... I get a strong hubble feel from this piece
Great work! I'm really excited that you are doing a series.

I really tried working a light source into this one, as light really represents the difference between what we see as something and nothing (ie, outer space is seen as nothing because no light reflects on it, when it is simply the absence of something, and in so being, becomes something itself).

I originally had the light source a little more in focus, but found that that didn't really work, so made it more pearlescent. I can really see what your saying about your eye wanting to drift, too. It's an issue - maybe I can rectify it with a bit of tweaking.

Thanks for your critique on this!
