I know you're just the artist of this piece, but I can also tell that Liz_art on Furaffinity's Fursona Lucy, has been used greatly as reference.
There's nothing wrong in taking traits here and there from other characters, but when it's almost a complete rip-off, then it's no longer ok.
Liz_art has had several people contact her since yesterday, about Novadust24, who just started on FA, with this as their profile picture, confusing her for Liz_art.

She gave me the reference to her character. I don't control if it's really her character or not. The artist of the original character can't do anything legal about this because she hasn't any patent on her character like the big guys do (example Disney). If I see someone has created a character almost like mine, it's my bad. I can't do anything about it without a patent but such things like that I don't mind it.
