This is how I had first envisioned Chibi Venus back in 1998/99But then I came up with this design instead:

Wow, she sure looked different back then, I can definitely see the differences between the prototype interpretation and current design of your Chibi Venus, in my opinion, I love both versions of this lovely character of yours, and think that they are equally adorable. 
I really like how Chibi Venus' original hair color was teal, teal hair actually suits her very nicely, but she is definitely equally cute with blonde hair, and also with magenta eyes!
Prototype Chibi Venus looks so sweet & really cheerful in this picture, you especially did an excellent job drawing her pretty pose & curious-like expression, I even like the color scheme of her fuku!
Excellent work Ashley, you did a great job on this picture, it is so nicely done, and I love it!

As I was telling *AngelRaye , I was thinking of keeping her hair that color so that she doesn't look exactly like Charlotte from Confection Cuties

Yeah, I wanted to do something outrageous that didn't make sense like Chibi Moon's hair color 
I may keep her like that now so that she doesn't look like Confection Cuties Charlotte anymore but I'm not sure yet...

So I think that will be her new look. I just have to draw her in the Eternal Love fuku with the hair and see if it goes well
