Alright! This is the second edition of Question Time, and now we get to interrogate sweet Maria! Here's a few facts about her.- She's 24.
- She's a doctor.
- She maintains her mother and her little sister.

I wonder who are your inspirations and idols that got you interested in boxing? Who do you look up to in TPB, and are there other boxers like Ali, Frazer or famous ladies like Christy Martin and Laila Ali that gave you the drive to take up boxing?
Who would you want to get into the ring with next? I know your reluctance to get in the ring with Liz again, but if that ever happened I'm in your corner all the way, cheering you on!

I've seen a few of your fights, and while you don't have a lot of speed and agility you do have a great counter-punch, and you do it with tremendous beauty. I think you can go a long way in TPB, and I'm eager to watch you all the way.
My questions: What are your plans to increase your speed so you're quicker in the ring? Maybe chasing chickens with your favourite strawberry dessert strapped to them?
#2: I saw your match against Liz Vicious and it was almost scary. I haven't seen a fighter so merciless in the ring before. Will you ever get in the ring again with her and avenge that loss? She needs something knocked into her for what she did!

Maria: Oh, hello there~ *giggles* Well, lets see. About my speed... it's nothing I'm really interested in increasing, and that's because I'm a doctor :3 While I think boxing is super sexy, it's not like I'm after a championship or anything. So I'd say we're good!
And about Liz Vicious... *shivers* She calls hersel vicious for a reason. I dont think I'll be climbing into the ring with her again, but who knows...

Question Number
It is not everday we see a full blown doctor at the age of 24 years of age, you must have aced your way through college. Given you have a background as a doctor now, would you mind sharing with us if you happen to have a specialty area you focus on? Cardiology, Neurology, Psychology, Urology, etc.? As it would only then be best to ask what was the toughest task you ever had to undertake as a doctor?

Granted you have only been boxing roughly 1 full year... It can't be easy being a doctor and a fighter. As every doctor and boxer share a similarity in how much they value the well being and effectiveness of their hands. Do you ever fear possibly breaking your hands in any way? As this could cripple you out of two professions, being a doctor and being a boxer. Have you set up and fail safes in case of such a outcome as this? Perhaps a third profession or hobby to fall back on?

In todays sports, there is always the threat of scandal and tabloid covers. What of your younger sister? You are aware of her dangerous lifestyle, yet do you do anything about it? Do you not worry what message this might send to others that beleive although you are as sweet as strawberries, you let your sister be a bad apple?

--Suppose one day strawberries were deemed 'illegal' and stored away from all, no way of accessing them. What would you do? What fruit would you turn to next?
--I would be a bit forward in assuming you have experienced a defeat or two. When you've been knocked out. What is it you happen to dream about?
Boxer or Doctor... listen and choose
If you had a choice between having the greatest bout of your life with a cherished friend you will never see again... Or giving a life or death surgery to a well known criminal... What would you choose and why?

Maria: "Hmm~ Lets see...!" *cracks her knuckles and makes herself comfy on her seat*
"Indeed!" *nods her pretty head* "I studied Emergency Medicine, Traumatology, Cardiology and Sports Medicine." *taps her chin with her index finger* "I finished the career a couple of years early, and so I had time to follow many paths afterwards."
"I think that possibility is reduced due to the fact I know how to take care of them." *nods reassuringly* "But... since the possibility is still there, I sincerely hope I can avoid any kind of hand injury..."
*rubs the back of her head as she giggles* "Well... you can only teach them so much. What she does with her life is ultimately up to her." *shakes her head* "It might make me a good sister to look out for her, but what kind of sister would I be if I controlled her life?"
*suddenly tears up* O^O "Why would they do thaaaat?" *she breaks into tears* "Whhhhhyyyyyyy?!"
"Hmm... that depends, really. If that day I didnt eat strawberries, then I surely dream of eating them..." *taps her finger against her chin* "But if I did eat some... then I dream of eating more~!"
*laughs a bit and shakes her head* "I try to avoid life or death surgeries. One never knows what to expect, and the nerves surely make it hard to proceed. I think I'd go with a boxing match, yes."

Now, that is quite the load for the resume. You have single handedly studied Cardiology and Sports Science. You would make for one very important keep-sake for the sidelines of any fight. Do you think it is wise for others or yourself to allow you to continue risking your own well being? As there has been such a plummet in graduates in the medical field due to most not risking the interest rates on student loans. Wouldnt it be to the benefit of yourself as well as others to not risk injuring yourself so badly that you can no longer properly doctor others?
And back onto the issue of your younger sibling. We can understand the focus of fate and allowing one to choose their own path. But there is quite the majority that beleive in taking the 'right' course of action. Ignoring the trouble your sister could cause the community as well as innocent others doesnt sound too noble hearted in the eyes of most of our listeners. Control is indeed a strong word, not exactly what I would put to this line of questioning. More so doing the right thing without going the extreme. How might you do your part to set your sister stright?
I find it amusing just how strongly you adore strawberries, my sources were quite correct in mentioning that to me prior to this interview. I would wonder if you ever happened to see the series called "Strawberry Shortcake" at all? And habits you have with your favorite fruit you might want to share too?
And I must touch on your final answer from before... As it is quite a strong polarity in what answer one might give. So by choosing to let another die to embrace the ring. You leave me to conclude you would feel more happy boxing with others than saving a life? It is a rather heavy question, I do apologize.

"U-uhm... you make it sound like if I didnt do anything for little Lucia." *rubs the back of her head* "I do give her advice every time, and in every topic I can, and I believe my words are reaching her at some level. We had the same parents, the same bases... I do believe it's just a matter of letting her realize what she's doing wrong. After all, she's only 17... Give her a lil' bit."
"Oh! Tarta de Fresa~! She was super ultra adorable~~~~!" *hugs herself tightly and closes her eyes, swaying from side to side as she remembers that show* "I dont think they still air that, though..." *pouts* "And about my habits... hmm... let me think... Maria: *sighs, adjusting her glasses and looking rather seriously into Green's eyes* "...Have you ever been entrusted a life? I'm not even talking about a beloved one... Any life is extremely valuable. A 'life or death' surgery..." *her hands begin to shake a little bit* "...is something I'm possibly not ready for." *sighs again, going back to her rather cheerful self* "That's why I never got too much into the surgery field, I guess~"

I am happy to hear you had heard of the 'Strawberry Shortcake' character and show, I think we all would have been a good bit dissapointed had you not had a clue about it. Who knows, might we end up seeing you dress as her for this upcoming halloween? Would be pretty cute, although a bit predictable to see. But we'd love 
Ah, so got some dirty fun habits with your beloved fruit of choice. We shall go with Ryoko's words on this one. After all, don't need the interview to go NC-17 or something like that. If it hasnt already to some degree. And as you mentioned before, Ryoko is to blame for getting you into the ring. Have your medical colleagues, friends and patients had any good or bad things to say of her for doing so?
As I am sure some of this current risky hobby choosing could rub off on your younger sister, Lucia. Which it is good you are keeping an eye out for her what much you can. Just be careful she doesnt justify her wrong choices by what career choice you seem to have taken. You never know, especially with kids nowadays.
And you ask about being entrusted with a life. Yes, have experienced it, and not with just family or friends, sometimes even those that even wouldnt spare me their mercy. It is not easy, but that goes without saying, as I know you understand as can many others.But I suppose you made a wise choice at this current point to avoid taking up the task of surgeries. But such medical life & death choices can occur even outside the operation room. Just to warn you. Just hope it doesnt come burdening down on you when you least expect it.
