I wonder if you could do a speed paint version with annotations, and a real time version narrated as you're making it (and annotated if you think of things that you didn't mention while drawing). That way, you only need to record once, but you provide multiple sources for people to learn from. I like watching in real time to better understand a person's technique, but I know a lot of other people enjoy speed paints. You could even potentially stream working on a piece to have an audience input, record it in full time, and then make a sped up version if you're really ambitious about this. But that would take a lot of dedication, time, and effort.
