first off, this is really cute!i love how her hair turned out it's so colorful and bright!there are a few things that bug me though, first off, the eye on the viewer left is a little too small,even for this perspective.secondly,the nose is just a little too close too the mouth and makes her face look odd.
lastly, for a chibi her hands and feet are quite small and spindly,remember chibi=chubby.
all in all it is a very cute picture and i love the jewlery on her ankle and ears.very good job!as an artist i hope you hrow and improve, i have very high hopes for you!

This is really beautiful! I love all the colors in the character. I really like the gradient in the hair. The feathers and jewels on the clothes go well in it
