Description Recently, I have been focusing on creating story panels.
I have been observing some of the great online story strips for ideas. This has been fun project to make. I plan to make more.

The textures here are awesome! The stippling on that left panel just makes my hand hurt looking at it.

I am amazed by the detail in all of the panels! I do hope you'll continue the story. I want to find out who was on the ship!

This sort of reminds me of the old "Robinson Crusoe on Mars."

How long did these individual panels take to make? I used to draw a lot of comic strips but I was lazy about details, unlike the case with these pictures.

I like simple art, especially when I'm working out ideas and panels. I have been noticing I get allot more attention to my art, when it is detailed.
I penciled out this story in late January. I reworked the drawings several times, in February (in pencil). I worked on one set of inks to experiment with the line work, and then I worked on the finished panels. I lost track of time on these. When I ink, I usually create allot of other drawings, before I dive into the main project.
I'm trying to get a system down, so I can make more story strips. This "system" is new to me. I have more of this story still in pencils. I will post them when I get another group of panels inked.
