Easy!Β It's programing.Β You go through all the work of building a hot female looking robot.Β Then you program it to have a sleep cycle instead of just normal charging.Β Your going to program it to look as real as possible.Β So you build in air passages to pass air into and out of the mouth.Β I am sure such things were in the original design anyway for.... various reasons.Β So why not make use of them in the sleep mode.Β Then program the body to move in a fashion to simulate body movement when sleeping.Β Bam!
