And in other news PA has taken over my life as my recent fandom obsession. The dude on the right is yet another PA gijinka, this time for the main villain of the Black Heart level series, Jestar Heart. Everyone loves a good villain!
There are a lot of gijinkas of this guy specifically, some with a rubber-hose style and some with a more anime-esque look. I went for anime.
My first thought for designing the clothes was essentially "Make him look like a regal asshole". And so I did.
