It was a request at PWO, the story of which is really too long to put here. Anyways, this was my first complete picture drawn with the tablet, so yay for me. :3

Plusle, Eevee, and Pokemon are (c) to Satoshi Tajiri. Pluvee's design is (c) to me.

Edit Sept '07: Yay for tablets. Anyhow, I think it involved someone requesting to draw Plusle and Minun, or perhaps I drew a Minuvee on the scribble board then drew Pluvee on normal or something. o_o Wish I remembered. Anyhow, I disappeared from PWO shortly after making this, explaining my lack of Oekaki pics until very recently. As for this, lolanatomymuch? It's staying in my gallery, but please don't fav it any more or crit it or anything.
