Nah it's been eons (no Eevee reference intended) since I last uploaded some art. D: Sorry. I've been working nearly full-time on Amber, and between that and homework, I just aven't found the time to do art that would be above my upload standard other than lots and lots of little Pokemon scratches.I like this sprite. C: It's going into Amber, but like all my existing-Pokemon scratches, you're free to use it as long as you give credit to me, ZephyrPlusle/Involuntary Twitch. Mmk? Good. Steal and I'll wring your neck.

From the angle of the face, it looks like the ears should look a bit more sideways. Right now it looks like one ear is on its forehead, and the other ear is on the back of this thread.

Never mind, they're supposed to grow out of the sides of the head. I should of looked at a real Raichu before commenting. @_@ I just think the one in the back should in the front and a little bit bigger. The tail looks a little small too.
