Description
You decided to take a class at the new school that popped up in the woods.Upon arrival you notice there are no buildings except a few, but most of the classes take place in the outdoors.
There are crafting that are outdoor, as well as classroom seating (though the seats are made of wood, stone, and sometimes chiton)
In order to enroll, you have to go through the beginner's class, which involves being assisted by the teachers in learning the basics of shapeshifting. like beginning swimming lessons, they will aid you in every part of your learning, and if necessary will walk you through it. The process is very hands-on.
Enrollment is free, as long as you volunteer for chores. Chores include: Cleaning the outdoor pools, guiding the trails for visitors, cleaning, maintenance, and being a tutor for those who are gifted.

(This is a TF RP, but I veer away from mature. Please honor that. Also if you have a character you want to transform into or rp, I might not want to. just depends on the character)

"So in order to become a werewolf I need the biker and tidy get scratched or been out something. If I clipped my nails " I say while holding up claw-tipped digits," and put them in a bag with the bullet, could I have a portable werewolf kit? Each time I want to become a werewolf I just scratch myself with the claw clipping and transform?"

She giggled. "Yeah that actually could work! The way people normally get it is permanently is by selling their soul to the devil."

"You're kidding, right?" I ask as I start to examine my claws for one I could easily clip. "Right...?"

"hehe yep. But usually someone just picks the hairs off a were form and makes a potion from it and drinks it. Every time you hold the bullet you'll be that form from then on!" she said smiling. "But...not everyone holds it in their hands. A lot of people keep it in their mouths and some put it up their butts" she blushed briefly and scrunched her brows. "it's not weird because it's actually really useful. Anyway. Your solution is good though because you don't have to commit." she looked at you thoughtfully.

"I don't want to be a werewolf forever, but it is nice. So this should just be a simple transform-at-will option. And I tend to hold it in my mouth a lot." I look around for a cutting implement to clip my longest claw. "Besides it's only my first day. It would be really bad if I committed to something this early on."

"Yeah, no kidding!" she said, drinking a glass of water. "Good luck with that option. do you want me to help you clip your nails?" she said smiling.

"Yeah. I would appreciate the help," I say after not finding anything.

"C'mon, I'm sure there are clippers at the nurse's office." She walked you there. It was attached to the largest building at the camp, seemingly, with the office where people check in, the mess hall, the body sculpting add-on, and the nurses office were all stuck together. You could walk in through the wooden hallways or come in to any of those places through outside doors. There were other buildings nearby as well, making it the most developed section of the camp.
She brought you into the musty wooden structure of the nurse's office and went to the front counter. "hey, just need some clippers for a moment, fingernail or toe-nail would work."
She walked up to you with them. "Come here if you get hurt or turned into anything semi-permanently or want to be, or if you are so confused that you need to talk to someone" she pointed to the other side of the room where there were a few students waiting. "Counseling with the help of transformation is sometimes just what is needed" she said seriously. "Anyway. You need any help finding your way back?"

"No, I think I'm fine. Now, it's about 2 in the afternoon... Is there anything I can do for the next five hours?"

"You can figure something out I'm sure" She said chuckling. "There are plenty of hikes around here and I'd recommend going down past the pond to lake solitude. It's really pretty" she said smiling.

"Lake solitude... Eh. I've heard things about it. Neither good nor bad but... things."

"It's large enough that it has it's own dock and you can take a boat there, as long as it's not someone's private boat, and go exploring along the shore. There's an island near the far end that has a cemetary on it. It's really neat over there." she said.

"That's really cool. I'll have to go check it out... but a cemetery? Do people die here? Are they killed? Or is this one old?"

"Well, a lot of people, teachers and staff, live up here year round. Not all of them. But if you live here...eventually you die."

(Well I mean it's a boathouse on a lake where tf classes are held in a tf school so it's not too far out of the question. I think)
"Well... can't say I'm surprised. That's better than people getting killed here."

"Oh...I mean...yeah you're right. People have died here for sure" she said winking

"Well I guess I can take the lake suggestion," Cambus said as he stopped fiddling with the nail clipper in his hands and promptly snipped off a claw tip. He stuck it in his pocket. "Just to be sure, two questions. Is there anything i should look out for at the lake, and earlier you said I could come here for a semipermanent transformation. What exactly does that entail/" He asked the last question with a slightly higher, more worried pitch

"Just be safe at the lake. I mean, there are accidents that can happen in any sport, swimming, and boating included. About the permanent transformations that was mostly a joke, but we did have a sex change here last year."

"Alright. I'm normally pretty good with swimming. My dad was in the olympics for two events before he quit. So... I learned how to swim from him." Cambus laughed. "Although I don't know how well I can swim as a werewolf."
(Okay, that story is semi-true. My dad was asked to join the american olympic swimming team after breaking a state record in high school but declined because he didn't want swimming to be the only thing he does)

"Well, I'd recommend finding a form that works best for swimming. For a lot of us, just being normal is pretty good. But after you've gone to enough classes you'll have a lot of forms under your belt and you'll be able to do pretty much anything you want with the right form for it. Some of the teachers actually ironically think that the human form is best for most things though. Anyway, I'd have to agree that a werewolf form is probably not the best for swimming." She said, her mouth straight. She seemed to be uneasy, like she was needing to get going soon, stepping back and forth restlessly.

(Sorry fit responding so late. I have had a very busy and traumatic month so I haven't been in much of an rp mood. But now I'm back)
"Yeah, I'll agree with you on the werewolf thing. I mean, have you ever seen a dog swim? Not graceful at all. You okay?" He asks, looking at the nurse. "You look tense."

"Oh...well, actually I need to go" (fyi It's not the nurse, it's the horse girl Jessie who has brought you to the nurse's office to check things out) "It's been good talking to you. I hope you enjoy your stay here. I'll be gone for the next week or so. Sorry to be abrupt." She smiled politely and waved a bit as she left.

Jessie was already gone by the time he did this and she left jogging quickly, putting her hair up again. A nurse approached you. "Did you need anything while you're here?" She smiled warmly. You heard just then someone moan in the back room. She glanced behind her and then back at you. "Sorry, one of our patients is having a rough time. We have other rooms if you need assistance"

"I think I'm fine, I just need to get back to human and I'll be on my way," Cambus says with a shrug. "werewolf form is, uh, interesting. But I don't want to stay like this."

"If you need any help returning to human form, or experience persistent pain when reverting, come see us and we have treatment that can help" she said and turned to help the next patient, who looked like she needed to pee. You could overhear her saying to the nurse that she couldn't pee anymore and really needed to go.
Meanwhile outside you can see that there is a sign with map of the area.

"Yeah, I'll be sure to do that. Thanks," Cambus says as he walks into a room and changes back to human and puts his clothes back on.
Outside, he looks at the map of the campus and the path to the lake, muttering to himself as he memorizes the path. He then starts heading down that way, bag full of masks, a silver bullet, and a claw clipping laying at the bottom.

When he finally got to the lake's edge, he could see the dock, some row boats, and a little sail boat with full rigging. The lake was placid here near the edge, but a few hundred yards out you could see the ripples of wind. Beyond that was mist and a few tall trees stood as silhouettes, their bases vanishing before hitting whatever island they sprang from.

"Well, I went to sculpting..."
"Me too," I say silently.
"And then I went to the pond class," she continued without stopping.
(Sorry about that. My character would've said "Me too" but not loud enough to have interrupted her)
"That sounds cool. I guess I didn't see that particular class on the schedule, but you must have only just finished it." I grunt as I put the second log down. I then stretch and look around. Everything seemed pretty much complete, so I grabbed my clothes and walked towards the cabin to change back to a human in privacy.

"Oh it's fun. a little scary to see what comes out, but yeah" she watched you as you walked. "going to get changed, eh?" she smirked, but then turned and went back to talking to Roger.
When you entered the cabin, the first think you noticed was the homeyness. It felt so warm and cozy and tidy. The bathroom was in the corner under the staircase that led to the balcony where there were racks of costumes and the fireplace was empty, but somehow the place was still warm. The kitchen was very up to date with appliances and modern enough that it almost betrayed the rustic feel of the camp, but then you remembered that there were power outlets in your cabin and electric light fixtures. Why not marble-top counters and fancy gas-ranges? There was also the faint smell of face powder, latex, and perfume hanging in the air.

I sneeze upon entering the cabin. I had always hated those smells, and now I had to smell them even better than ever before. "Gah. This sucks," I say, holding a paw over my snout. "Anybody in here?"

No one answered. You notice the scent of sawdust from work that had been done recently on the logs and subtle, cold, faint smell of burned pizza hanging around the kitchen. You see that the floor under your feet is a smooth hardwood floor and you notice it would be easy to scratch it with your claws.

I spit out the bullet and allow myself to change back, confident that nobody will come in and catch me naked.
I explore the cabin a little more as I change back. It was old, or at least well-used. I could catch many, many different scents before my nose reached a point where I couldn't tell them apart. "This is... hmm..." I start to put on my clothes once I enter a bathroom

As you enter the bathroom, you notice in the mirror that the front door was open. The slight breeze coming in through the bathroom door was another tip that you weren't alone. Then there was the foot steps.

I hastily put my clothes on, even though I'm only post of the way through the transformation. "Who's there?"

You notice the door pushed open a bit and bastion poked his head in, saw you, and jumped back, "Oh geez, sorry!" he was totally human now, and clothed. "I'm glad you didn't um...go everywhere upstairs. I heard someone walking around in here and so I tried to stay really quiet. then it got really quiet. were you hiding?" he smiled, sliding his shirt over his head. You noticed the curly profile of Lilly at the front door of the cabin, still outside.

"I haven't even gone anywhere upstairs. And I wasn't hiding," I say as I put on my shirt. "I just wasn't saying anything. Or really doing anything." I then look behind him at Lilly. "Why's Lilly here?"

He shrugged, "maybe she's wondering what she should be doing?" Sure enough the door creaked open and she looked around, "wow, this place is niiice!" she said excitedly. Bastion smirked, now fully clothed. "It's mostly gonna be off limits unless the weather gets bad" he said. She jumped, "oh, I was wondering where you guys...hey you guys look waaay different" she walked up to you and without asking, placed her hand on your face, feeling. "oh..um yeah" she took her hand off. "I guess that's not a normal thing to do to people, huh?" she smiled, blushing and glanced at bastion.

"Wait, 'do to people?' That makes you sound like something other than human," I say, putting my shirt on as my changes back into a human being finish. "Bastion? Care to explain?"

He shrugged. Lilly blushed deeper, "oh, I just...I saw your face before and now it looks so realistic. I guess I was forgetting that you're not wearing a mask. This is your real face, isn't it?" she glanced away but stood waiting for an answer. After a moment she said, "It's just...the only other person I've seen transform was Jessie, and she let me pet her face as a horse. So I did again after and it sorta stuck...sorry" she laughed nervously.
Bastion rolled his eyes.

"Yeah, this is my real face," I say with a laugh.
"It stuck after one day? That's an interesting habit to pick up. And Jessie's a nice girl, I'm not surprised she let you pet her as a horse." I chuckle. "So are you like me? Not really a part of the shapeshifting world up until now?"
(Hey look, substance! Finally! XD I'm back on track!)

She blushed, looking a bit embarrassed, and then nodded. "I...knew about it before, but no my family isn't involved with this stuff at all"

"That makes sense. No doubt this has been an interesting first day for you so far, is there?" I say, gesturing to outside the cabin.

"is...what...where?" she looked confused. Then she shook her head, "I...yeah it's been very interesting. I mean, I have only seen a few transformations so far." She smiled happily.

"Same here. Even been the subject of one. That was downright terrifying. What about you? Have you been transformed yet?" I ask, shaking my head a bit. "Andbeforeyousayanything," I add quickly. "One transformation not including the werewolf I was just now."

She nodded carefully. "of course. There was the test." she said it carefully, pronouncing the "T" and the "st" sounds with so much diction it sounded like she was upset. "I passed of course" she said quickly, her eyes darting.

"What did you become?" I ask, now curious. "I became a spoon. It was... it was really scary. I didn't know what was happening or what I would become, and I almost got used."

She raised her chin, like boys do sometimes when bringing up another point and said, "That's easy, I turned into a spoon as well" She turned her head, as if suddenly realizing what you had just mentioned, and said, "you almost got used? haha someone put their mouth on you or what?" her eyes were wild with excitement about this.
