Thank you! I don't know what technique I would call this.. well, I tried to focus on light sources(the direction of the light and the shadows) and reflections? And for reflections I mostly used less saturated colors, because I thought that gives it a better idea in a shape-wise.

Thank you for the watch!! I've been experimenting with colors recently, and this was one of the techniques that i came up with. Glad to know someone finds it appealing!

I really like it, it works for your style quite nicely! I also like how realistic you made the bodies look. They don't look too muscular, but not pencil thin. they look soft, but hard at the same time. And the expressions are beautiful!

Marvel itself does some genderbending. I remember an X-Men in 2000 featuring an (aborted) story about some X.Men changing sex and matching illustration with Storm/man, Angel/woman and so on.

you mean the Rob Liefeld Cable?? oh god ahahahahaha. he was gold huh. well I've been reading Cable and Deadpool(yes that's the title and yes it is about cable and deadpool)and got in love with cable because of it. The story plot and the characterization are amazing you will love it! The art is super pretty too. Oh and not to mention the homoerotic tension between the two!! Heh.
