A very fun commission for Volts48 , featuring the Egyptian gods Ra and Sekhmet. Sekhmet was a vicious lioness goddess who tormented mankind for not being respectful enough to the gods, mostly involving murderous rampages. Eventually, the egyptians figured out the only way to stop her wrath against them was to get her drunk. Depending on the story, it's offerings of beer that manage this, and in other versions, she is tricked by Ra himself into drinking jugs and jugs of red-stained beer that she assumes is blood, to get her to stop her rampages.

EITHER WAY, turns out hangovers save lives!

Even if her father, the sun god Ra, gets to mock her a bit for her folly.
