So many Links!
I haven't been hyped for a LoZ game in a long time, but when I saw the trailer for Breath of the Wild I got really excited! All the awesome fan art on tumblr also helped, though my favorite is the gif of Link shivering from the cold XD
I wanted to draw all the Links but there were too many of them that I didn't know and didn't have a connection with, so I just drew the ones I found amusing.
Can you tell which is which? Is there one you're really upset I left out? Let me know!
I really wasn't liking the composition of this one, so I added a water color paper texture to fill out some of the empty space. I think it looks nice, I should use background textures more!

Let's see, there's skyward sword link falling with grace, wind Waker link riding twilight princess link (that sounds wrong oh god), breath of the wild link bring a pyromaniac, four swords links, ocarina of time link rolling, minish cap link just happy to be there, then the Mario kart link and link between worlds link on the cart.

Yay! Though I realized I forgot Spirit Tracks link because I thought that was the same link as Wind Waker (i never got to play spirit tracks). now i wanna add him but i dunno where!

I'm glad there's at least one person on the Internet who acknowledges Minish Cap exists. Seriously, no one ever talks about this one - even though it's a fun game. And one of only two "Zeldas" I've ever played.
But let's be honest, I don't really care which Links you draw as long as they're all drawn as Toon Links. Chibi is the way to go.

One of the more forgettable Zelda games, so that's understandable. Still, it's a shame not to include him just because of his hype train

I can think of two places he might fit: 1. Right underneath skyward link 2. Behind minish link (the Pegasus boots would obviously be essential if you took this option)
Even then, you'd definitely need to make the train very tiny for either option

The Pegasus Boots appeared in A Link to the Past and Minish Cap, among other games, and they essentially made you dart across the world at rapid speed, bashing against everything that was in your way. It's one of those concepts I can't believe Nintendo hadn't brought back yet.

Definitely would. It might be on the Wii U so you should consider
checking it out if it is. One of my favorites in the series honestly, not sure that's saying much though since any game that gives me a feature that lets me talk to animals gets my seal of approval (majora's mask and twilight princess are also up high for this very reason)

Shame they don't port GameBoy advance games to the 3ds then. I still don't get why they do this instead of giving the Wii U GameCube games we enjoy.

i do have a DS though, so i could still play it if i could get my hands on it. but there's just something about hand held zelda games that just didnt work for me.

i wouldnt say i've played any of them. i owned oracle of something, but dont remember playing it, and i played maybe the first stage of what i think was link to the past but i dont remember if that was it. i really want to play spirit tracks since wind waker is my favorite game and it's kinda a sequel, but the DS graphics make the toon link style look weird

I'd say you should start with minish cap if you can find it somewhere. If you want to play the DS Zelda games first though, I'd recommend you start with phantom hourglass first. Alongside starting off right after wind waker, (hourglass link and wind link are one and the same) the character linebeck makes having to deal with the awkward controls a little more bearable

Both of Toon Link's adventures on the DS got mixed reactions, and sadly they kinda earned that reception.
You won't regret it if you get minish cap sometime soon. It's aged really well in my opinion.

Kinda makes me wonder why you didn't give wind waker link his pajama outfit considering. I've always thought they were really cool. You know, you might do one of these for all the Zeldas as well. Of course, Tetra and Sheik might make that a little trickier to do.

Just a suggestion, so it's fine if you don't really want to do that. I just realized that the Link from the oracle games, the one from Link's awakening are missing, and the ever popular dark link are missing still.

hm, i kinda consider dark link as the dark version of link in ocarina, and shadow link as the evil link from four swords. i only kinda know about both since i never finished ocarina and only read the four swords manga, but they seem different enough to me. i could be wrong.
