I know the perspective is off, but this was meant to be more funny than anything else.The minute I saw a synical, shape-shifting antagonist in MLP:FiM, I instantly thought "Spy", and took the idea and ran with it.
So, here's the scout, saying one of his anti-spy domination lines to a very badly battle-damaged Chrysalis (the Changling Queen).
