Back to Rockman 2 Basic Master, but this time it is the upgraded version, being Version 1.1 that released on May 15th of this year, and I have to say, this makes the ROM hack much easier with how overpowered the weapons are, as well as level changes. So for this version, it replaces the entire MM2 cast with others from the classic Mega Man games, arranging from 5, 9, 3, 10, 4 and 6, and it's quite surprising that this is all featured in a ROM hack, but not in a fangame. Tatsu is a legend at making some cool Mega Man hacks.

Stone Quake (Stone Man)

Tornado Loop (Tornado Man)

Snake Buster (Snake Man)

Gemini Time (Gemini Man)

Blade Claw (Blade Man)

Plug Thunder (Plug Man)

Ring Chaser (Ring Man)

Flame Candle (Flame Man)

The Mega Man series belongs to Capcom, and Cosmo the Seedrian from Sonic X belongs to SEGA.
