Description

Here was a fun page to do and also a break from the talking heads/exposition dump from the last couple of pages. I got to play a bit with Burtsy herself and lean into the multiversal aspect of it all.

I had an idea of them being stuck in a mystical void thus the black background and not using speech balloons. Not sure if it's readable, so please let me know if it's too clunky or busy.

Some of the Burst Lions we haven't seen before and have been regulated to the background. I wanted to put a hat on one of her, and yes, one is made up of rock (tail and ears too) to pay homage to an awesome movie, and I figured why not, make one a guy! The maid Burst Lion has a missing arm since the one she had in earlier pages uses magic that is incompatible with this soul realm (or in other words, I thought it's be neat).

Done in ClipStudio Paint and took about 10-12 hrs of the course of a week or so.

Next up, back to the talking heads.
