I think you did a really excellent job with the details and the folds in their clothes! One of my latest pieces had me agonizing over folds in cloth, I failed miserably lol. But yeah really great work with that ^_^
Really great work on the facial expressions as well!
While overall the anatomy is good, I think you might have to put a bit more work into proportions, particularly on the arms and shoulders. The guy on the right seems to have rather long arms, while the guy in the middle has arms that appear rather short 
But overall really great piece, I like what you did with the background photo! It suits the piece well and does not stand out and distract. Good work.

wow thank you for the critique, I'd say that's the best one i have ever gotten. like that you said both positive and negative, after reviewing my work I defiantly see the length difference in the arms, although the shortness in the the middle guy is due to more of a perspective issue. the length in the guy on the right are definitely a little long but it seems to look even longer due to the hunched position and my once again prevalent perspective issue. I will work harder to providing better proportions in the future as well as a better perspective, which is currently what im trying to teach myself. thank you again for the wonderful incites, I really appreciate it. If you have any tips on how to draw a more perspective picture it'd really help

I love all of the detail!
And also, when a lot of artists color in photoshop, it loses the pencil strokes and detail. With yours you keep all that.
