SONIC ADVENTURE 2 COMIC Issue 1 Page 9I'm so sorry for the late release of this page! Yesterday one of the other managers at work called in sick for the night shift (I was working morning and lunch) and all of the other members of management had either booked it off or were gone on vacation so I didn't really have a choice but to stay (at least I got paid more overtime!), so I literally worked the entire day and didn't get a chance to post so I'm posting today! Enjoy!

"News Flash" (That is actually quite literal as it flashed onto Eggman's screen.
Love this page! I know that you can't include all the details from the cutscenes and details from the game and I like how you summarized this in a flashback to conserve comic page space and explaining time.

I do not think so. Originally the beginning of the comic was going to start with that scene/level, but eventually I realized I HAD to start with City Escape, and building suspense for Shad's arrival was one of my plans.

I still can't decide how I want to draw him, so I'm always drawing him different ways XD
(I love the way he's drawn in the Sonic OVA, but he also looks great in the SA2 & Comics style, I just kinda wing it every time *ded*)
