I made a new character weeeh.

Story time

Inspirations : Venom (Marvel), Rorschach (DC Comics), Toxine (Wakfu), Shiklah (Marvel), and few other and as well my own characters. Those are all characters I like for their design or personality, and made me came up with this. The name is also a reference to the movie Split (what a good movie by the way)...

Split has some big similarities with Zigia : he's able to shapeshift into whatever he wants (it's a really rare power only given to Guardian and few creatures with special body material, his case actually), and have an important role in Xiupshyre. He is the only one being able to look like a human in Xiusphyre (apart Zigia and her friends Xiu/Draco/Ginky/Woosh/Shiuang who have a human appearance for times they go in the other dimension).
He is characterized by his indecision, some kind of permanent bipolarity of ideas. He's not supposed to be mean, but it depends on the point of view, he can easily be seen as the bad guy because of his acts.

As you might know if you read my descriptions (and the few pages of my webcomic), magic power in Xiusphyre is divided in three different usages : Creation, Destruction and Justice. There's a Wizard for each type of magic, and the Guardian is the one able to master the three in same time. Anyway... Split was a Destruction Wizard, and all along he was against the divinity rules and considered that the Guardian is kind of tyrant for Xiusphyre since it's godlike and rules Xiusphyre as it wishes. Split's goal is to destroy that system and let Xiusphyre live by its own. But since his ideals were dangerous for the equilibrium and he started to influence other Wizards, Gold Dragon itself withdrew his Destruction Wizard status (and he got replaced by Najah #42 ). Since that time Split is determined to end the reign of Guardians, ready to use dirty methods. He has excellent capacities to corrupt anyone and destroy them.

Split has different notable appearances according to his strength and magic power (like the Guardian). The most powerful one is a demon several meters tall. He is also able to fuse with another character in order to control him or increase both's strength.

Split's body is a weird mix of organic and mineral material. There's a place in my world named the Lost Sky (references Between the Sea and the Sky and The Lost Sky ) where gravity is different due to an entire continent being floating above Xiusphyre. There are a lot of volcanoes there, and one with a particular magma that have chemical processes similar to fireflies that make it glowing and green. This volcano is in a place where lava is attracted to the top and flies away. As crazy magic experiment, Split were created from that lava, so his basic shape isn't solid but just a green floating puddle. To shapeshift he just have to solidify himself just enough to get the appearance he wants. The dark areas are more solid than the green ones.
Some parts of his body are broken because his body material is constantly breaking and glue back together. It is also a design related to his name "Split".
The dark areas are constantly moving on his body due to his natural liquid material.
