A passing idea I've had for a while.So in the Ben 10 universe, there's a cartoon called the Adolescent Anarchists about a group of teen "heroes".Β These chaotic teens take everything to its craziest point, like destroying their city to save it.
A TV obsessed villain is bringing all sorts of television and cartoon characters to life and this group is among the last to be created. They go off on their own and bring their own twisted and crazy sense of justice to Bellwood. They punch out jaywalkers, blast people who litter, and attackingΒ anyone who could get more attention than them and that puts Ben in their sights.
Here's the new lineup - Blue Jay, BioNick, Critter Kid, Crow, and Novaspark.

Not really, when they're forced back into the cartoon, all that's waiting for them is the end credits and they're trying to trash all the names so the episode won't end.

I never really thought up a Hive Five, this was suppose to be a one off team of villains for an episode idea. There could be a Hive Five, but they'd have a very miniscule role if they showed up.

I have a few ideas of my own to make this story.
Ideas:
There should be a scene where Ben was watching "The Adolescent Anarchists" and Rook would say, "But aren't the Adolescent Anarchists a group teens that have a crazy sense justice? How can you watch something like that?" and Ben would say, "Come on Rook, it's meant to be funny.".
Maybe there should be a scene where the Anarchists are in Mr. Smoothy and they might leave a mess, which might anger Ben.
And probably before the Anarchists appear, some other cartoon characters might appear, wrecking havoc on Bellwood and Ben and Rook are trying to figure out this loony mystery.

I've been thinking, the toons that the TV obsessed villain brought could be: a lunatic that could be a mix of Woody Woodpecker and Daffy Duck, a femme fatale looking for trouble, a toon that brings bad luck, and probably gangsters of any kind. Unless that's too much.

Idea coming up, what if when Ben and Rook found the toons and at first Rook believe that they're not real and said that to the toons and one would say like in Space Jam, "Not real? If I weren't real, could I this?", and would do something kiss Ben and/or Rook or do something impossible.

And here's another idea, before the "That's all Folks!" ending and after the Anarchists were sent back to the TV world, Rook would ask if Ben would like to watch documentaries, and Ben would say, "Sure", and then Ben will change the channel, and the fourth wall will be turned off.
By the way do you think both Harry and Jury Rigg would work in the ending or just one of them.

Check out this TV obsessed villain's origin: This guy was an inventor who had love for cartoons. One day, he made invention that could bring cartoon to reality! Still some people don't believe and think he's crazy, some believed him and think that this invention was too dangerous. The villain was never heard from again after he sworn revenge on those who don't believe in his work.
I'm not sure for the name but do you think it should be "Professor TV"?

I asked Zigwolf, he never thought of a name for this villain, when I told the names, he said, "Well this guy isn't particularly smart, he just got his hands on some TV tech that brings things to life. So Doctor or Professor is too good a title for him.", So I came with names like "TV" and "TV Toon"; but I think we need to wait till what Zigwolf thinks of the new names.
