Description
A passing idea I've had for a while. So in the Ben 10 universe, there's a cartoon called the Adolescent Anarchists about a group of teen "heroes".Β These chaotic teens take everything to its craziest point, like destroying their city to save it.
A TV obsessed villain is bringing all sorts of television and cartoon characters to life and this group is among the last to be created. They go off on their own and bring their own twisted and crazy sense of justice to Bellwood. They punch out jaywalkers, blast people who litter, and attackingΒ anyone who could get more attention than them and that puts Ben in their sights.
Here's the new lineup - Blue Jay, BioNick, Critter Kid, Crow, and Novaspark.

Okay....how about...the "Tele-Tyrant" or the "Cartoon Commander"?
Maybe introduce him as "the Baron of broadcasting, the zany rube with the boob tube, the sergeant of shows, the patriot of programs, give it up for...THE TELE-TYRANT/CARTOON COMMANDER!!"

"Tele-Tyrant" is good. I'll tell Zigwolf about it.

Oh, and how's this part of the script for story?
Ben: (Gasps), "Blue Jay!", "Agh!", "Bionick!", "Critter Kid!", "Oh, No!" "Novaspark!", "C-c Crow!"
There will also be scenes of each and everyone of the Adolescent Anarchists.
I also imagine that when the Anarchists try to pin Ben down, he would turn into Goop and slither out of the pile.

I've been thinking about those toons' weaknesses:
Harry's could be that he gets unconfident of doing the impossible when it comes to someone saying what's possible now and what's not because of real facts.
Peacock's weakness could be that her hypnotic wings won't work on anything that doesn't have any eyes.
Flamingo's weakness could that her charm speaking won't work on anyone that won't listen or one that are deaf. (and maybe won't work on anyone who's heart belongs to someone else like in Gods of Egypt)
As for Chuck or Louie, I'm not sure, but I'm not going to steal an idea that's been used in that Tex Avery cartoon, "Bad Luck Blackie", I prefer something new but I'm not sure what.

1. That is rather appropriate for him.
2. Fair point.
3.Interesting.
4. Maybe you could call him "Misfortune Mike".

Sounds good, but what do you think Mike's weakness should be? Charms that bring good luck?
π: 0 β©: 1
TailsandSpike4EX In reply to Drake-Ormr [2017-06-28 03:00:02 +0000 UTC]
Yeah, and if none can be found at the time, then a parody of the "Lucky Charms" cereal should suffice.

I bet that if "Lucky Clovers" (Idea for the parody) were stuffed in Mike's mouth, he'll lose his powers.
Just to be sure that we have the same idea for his powers, he brings bad luck when the things that cause bad luck happen. Ex. spill salt, break glass, cross a black cat or ladder, and step on a crack, break your mother's back.

Quite a "clover" idea you came up with!
Yes, that is the plan.

Oh, almost forgot about Walter Weasel and his shark gang, how about this: the sharks are aggressive and rely on brute strength while Walter is the brains. Which might mean that without each other, they're both easy to defeat.

And here's some new questions:
Should the lunatic be an anthropomorphic hyena that has the personalities of Daffy Duck and Woody Woodpecker?
Should the femme fatale be human or anthropomorphic?
Should the toon that brings bad luck be an anthropomorphic black cat or is that too obvious?
π: 0 β©: 1
TailsandSpike4EX In reply to Drake-Ormr [2017-06-12 05:44:39 +0000 UTC]
1. Yes. We could call him "Harry the Hysterical Hyena".
2. Anthropomorphic.
3. It's a little on-the-nose, but it works. Maybe call him "Bad Luck Chuck" or "Unlucky Louie".
π: 0 β©: 1
Drake-Ormr In reply to TailsandSpike4EX [2017-06-12 22:51:35 +0000 UTC]
Now the next question is:
What kind of animal should the femme fatale be and should she have the power of hypnotism?
π: 0 β©: 1
TailsandSpike4EX In reply to Drake-Ormr [2017-06-13 00:05:35 +0000 UTC]
1. Probably a cat or wolf. Other than that, I'm not sure.
2. Yes.

Drake-Ormr In reply to TailsandSpike4EX [2017-06-13 02:09:51 +0000 UTC]
I could only think of a few animals: cat, reptile, crow, flamingo, or a rabbit.

One thing I want to say about the wolf is that it's interesting but it's too wild. I think this femme fatale should be laid-back, loves to take thrills, and thinks before she acts.

Two things: One, I'm not sure for a rabbit right now cause it's been done a few times. Two, I found that the flamingo symbolizes femininity and innocence.

Drake-Ormr In reply to TailsandSpike4EX [2017-06-23 15:41:04 +0000 UTC]
Light Bulb! What if there were two femme fatales, one that's a peacock and one that's a flamingo. The peacock posses feathers that have eyes that are so beautiful that they could hypnotize anyone who looks at them. The flamingo would posses "Charm Speaking". They would call themselves "The Lovely Bird Sisters" and their names would be what they are. They might have the same personality.
